These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7.2 If You Engage with Aura Alliance Inc. (US)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using our websites, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for purposes of enforcing any arbitration award.

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our websites, please send a notice to our designated copyright agent with the following: (a) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
