- Company Registration certificate
- Proof of address
National / Toll-Free Numbers
- LOA (National address is required) - For requests made on behalf of a company, the LOA must be signed by an Authorized Person (no E-signatures) and either issued on that company’s letterhead or include a company stamp
- Latest Invoice
- ID / Passport copy
- Company Registration certificate
- Proof of address
To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
