To initiate the porting process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.
Aura reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional information at any stage of the porting process.
