Slovakia Local and Geo-Graphical Numbers

Required documents:

• Excerpt from the commercial register showing the local address
• Business registration
• Proof that representative is authorized to act on behalf of the company
  • Power of attorney
  • Other documentation showing the individual is a director or country manager for the business

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Local company registration number

For address verification:

• Address in Slovakia (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
  
  • Utility bill
  • Tax notice
  • Rent receipt
  • Title deed

To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
