Hong Kong Local and Non-Geographical Numbers

Requirements for Business Identity Verification:

• Representative's first and last name

• Representative's designation

• Contact phone number and email address

• Passport or valid ID copy of the representative

• Company name

• Company incorporation certificate

• Local street address

Porting Requirements:

• Signed Letter of Authority (LOA)
• Company name
• Company address
• Representative's name
• Representative's position
• Representative's email address
• Representative's contact number
• Copy of the representative's valid ID
• Copy of business registration

Note: The minimum number tenancy period is 12 months.

To initiate the porting process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.
