Singapore - Porting Requirements

Singapore  Local, National and Non-Geographical Numbers

Required documents:

• LOA for this country (cannot be altered)
  • Signed by Authorized Person

• Latest Invoice for portable numbers
• Account number
• Current carrier name
• Business Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.
  
  

Information needed for Authorised person:

• NRIC/Passport.
• Work Permit/Employment Pass for non-citizen applicant.

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Local company registration number

For address verification:

• Address in Singapore (street, building number, postal code, city and country)

To initiate the porting process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.
