Puerto Rico Local, National and Toll Free Numbers

For personal identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number

• Government-issued ID ( Passport or ID copy)

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Company incorporation certificate copy

For address verification:

• Address in Puerto Rico (street, building number, zip code, city and country)
  • Government-issued ID showing local address
  • Utility bill
  • Tax notice
  • Rent receipt
  • Title deed

To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.
