Portugal - Porting Requirements

Portugal Local and National Numbers 

Required documents: 

• LOA with a local address within the city as the number prefix is mandatory
• Copy of the Latest Invoice
• Copy of the Passport / ID of the Authorised Person
• Power of attorney (any document that proves the Authorised Person who signed the LoA, has the power to do it in the name of the company)
• CVP (Portability Validation Code / Migration code)
• TAX ID / VAT
• Proof of address

To initiate the porting process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.

Aura reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional information at any stage of the porting process.
