Poland - New Number Requirements

Poland Local and Geo-Graphical Numbers

Required documents:

• Excerpt from the commercial register (KvK) showing Netherlands address
• Business registration
• Proof of Identity
  
  • Government-issued ID 
  • Passport (for non-EU or Swiss citizens)
  • Residence card (for non-EU or Swiss citizens) 
    
    

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Local company registration number
• Proof of Business Registration Number
  • Excerpt from a relevant business register such as National ID (REGON), National Tax ID (NIP), National Court Register (KRS), or business activity register 

For address verification:

• Address in Poland (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
  
  • Utility bill
  • Tax notice
  • Rent receipt
  • Title deed

To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
