Required documents:
- Letter of Authorisation dated within the last 30 days
- Designation document or power of attorney
- Valid ID (Country National Identity document or Passport) of the designated or authorised person
- Copy of the most recent phone bill
To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
