Mexico - Porting Requirements

Required documents:

• Signed Letter of Authorisation (also known as a Portability Form) dated within the last 30 days 
• Certificate of Incorporation or Power of Attorney
• Legal Representative's valid ID (Country National Identity document or Passport) 
• Complete street address (Not a document, but required information) 

Also needed if the current provider is a reseller:

• Copy of the most recent phone bill
• Letter of release or approval evidence: When the current provider is a reseller - issued by the losing carrier to the customer

To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
