For business identity verification:

• Name, last name of an authorizes representative
• Contact phone number
• Company name

For address verification:

• Worldwide Address (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
• Proof of address (dated within 3 months)

• Business use required: Business use is required, private use is not allowed.

National Numbers

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name of an authorized representative
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Passport or ID copy of an authorized representative
• Malaysian company registration certificate
• Signed LOI (dated within 1 month)

For address verification:

• Worldwide address (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
• Proof of address (dated within 3 months)

Toll-Free Numbers

For personal identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number

​For business identity verification:

• Name, last name of an authorized representative
• Contact phone number
• Company name

For address verification:

• Address in Malaysia (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
• Proof of address (dated within 3 months)

Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
