Required documents:
- LoA
- Latest Invoice
- ID number of the Authorized Person
- Company Registration number only if the number belongs to a company
To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
