Required documents:
- LOA
- Greek TAX / VAT ID or company registration number required
- ID / Passport copy
- Company Registration certificate
- Latest Invoice with the current carrier (numbers must be indicated on the invoice)
To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
Aura reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional information at any stage of the order process.
