German Local, National and Non Geographic Numbers

Required documents:

    Local / National Numbers in Germany

    1. Signed LOA- to be provided once port is created
    2. Latest Invoice
    3. Proof of address
    4. ID / Passport copy / Company Registration certificate
    5. Representative / Authorized personnel
    6. Position of Representative / Authorized personnel
    7. Representative Email
    8. Representative Contact Number
    9. Proof of Identification Card (ID)
    10. Copy of Business Registration

     

    Toll-free Numbers in Germany

    1. Porting Form (Local Address required within Germany)

    2. Latest Invoice from the current provider (only if the current provider is a reseller)

    3. Number allocation document (“Zuteilungsbescheid”)

    4. ID / Passport copy / Company Registration certificate


    To initiate the porting process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.

    Aura reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional information at any stage of the porting process.
