Required documents for authorised personal:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Proof of German Address 
• Proof of Date of Birth 

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Local company registration number
• Company incorporation certificate copy
• Handelsregisterauszug (Germany Commercial Extract)
• Bescheinigung der Gewerbeanzeige (German Trade License)
• GewA1/GewA2 forms, stamped and signed by the issuing authority
  
  

For address verification:

• Address in Germany  (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
• A copy of a utility bill (less than 6 months old)

For personal identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Proof of identity 

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Proof of business registration
•  Proof of Allocation
