Canada Local and Toll Free Numbers - Porting Requirements

United States Local, National and Toll Free Numbers

Required documents:

  • LOA for this country (cannot be altered)
  • Original underlying carrier's name
  • Name and address that matches the Customer Service Record (CSR)
  • Copy of a phone bill dated within the last 30 days
  • Latest Invoice for portable numbers
  • Account number

For personal identity verification:
  • Name, last name
  • Contact phone number

For business identity verification:
  • Name, last name
  • Contact phone number
  • Company name

For address verification:

  • Address worldwide (street, building number, postal code, city and country)

To initiate the porting process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the porting request.
