Brazil - Porting Requirements

Required documents:

For National numbers:

• National Letter of Authorisation

For Toll-Free numbers:

• National Letter of Authorisation

For Local Brazilian numbers, the following is required:

• Letter of Authority (signed portability form)
• Latest invoice (phone bill) dated not longer than 3 months ago
• Government-issued ID showing Brazilian address (for individuals) or Local Tax ID - CNPJ (for companies)
  • Required information (in writing):
    • Full name/company name
    • Full service address
    • E-mail 
    • Telephone 
  • Also potentially required information:
    • Identity document number or registration number in the register of the Ministry of Finance, in the case of a natural person
    • Record number in the register of the Ministry of Finance, in case of legal entities

Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request. Please expect a 7-10 Business Day processing lead-time.
