For personal identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Passport or ID copy

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name of an authorized representative
• Company name
• Contact phone number
• Passport or ID copy of an authorized representative
• Company registration certificate
• VAT number

For address verification:

• Address matching the DID area code (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
• Proof of address (dated within 3 months)

Toll-Free Numbers in Belgium

For personal identity verification:

• Name, last name
• Contact phone number
• Passport or ID copy

For business identity verification:

• Name, last name of an authorized representative
• Company name
• Contact phone number
• Passport or ID copy of an authorized representative
• Extract from the Commercial Register (Chamber of Commerce)

For address verification:

• Address in Belgium (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
• Proof of address (dated within 3 months)

Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
