Australia Local and Toll-Free Numbers
Required documents:
- Letter of Authorization (LOA) dated within the last 30 days
- For Mobile Phone Numbers, CAAA form and MNP template are required
- For Geographic and Toll Free Phone Numbers, use this Authorization Form
- For Geographic numbers only, confirm the category of the desired port:
- Copy of your most recent phone bill(last 30 days)
To initiate the order process, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a request through the Aura Connect Portal. Ensure that you provide the necessary identity and address bundle that meets the outlined requirements. Attach these documents along with the required supporting documentation to the order request.
